Classes encourage you to explore your practice at your own pace, developing greater body awareness, balance, and confidence while cultivating a calm and focused mind. Alongside physical postures, we incorporate mindful breathing and moments of stillness, drawing on the wider teachings of yoga to support wellbeing both on and off the mat.
Whether you are new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a supportive space to move, breathe, and connect.
Restorative Yoga offers an opportunity to slow down, rest deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, the body is fully supported in gentle poses held for longer periods, allowing physical tension to soften and the nervous system to settle.
This calming practice encourages deep relaxation through stillness, mindful breathing, and awareness, creating space to release stress and restore balance. Suitable for all levels of experience, Restorative Yoga can be especially beneficial during times of stress, fatigue, recovery, or when you simply need to pause and replenish.
Leave feeling grounded, nourished, and refreshed, with a greater sense of ease in both body and mind.
